Jack has over 10 years of experience coaching, teaching, mentoring within sport and education and is a UEFA licenced football coach, with a full honour's degree in sports and sports coaching.

His journey began after studying sports coaching at college with a role managing and coaching a school's football programme whilst working at Chesterfield Football Club from grass roots to an elite standard, delivering across community programmes, Chesterfield Ladies and the clubs pre academy programme.

He worked at Derby County Football Club for a number of years across a range of different roles and departments before turning his attention to education.
