Event description: 7 a side, 10 in a squad
Length of matches depends on time available/amount of entries/ Pitch size: (Full junior pitch) / Ball size: 5 / Scrums: Contested (designated front row) / Lineouts: All 3 forwards in line out (contested) / Tackles: Full contact / Maul: 3v3 maximum (try to encourage forwards to maul) / Ruck: If a player goes to ground a 3v3 ruck can be performed and the ball passed away / Kicking: Yes / Handoffs: Yes / Restarts: After a score the team that has scored restarts with a drop kick at the centre line / Points: 5 for a try (no conversions)
