The first local 'Couch to 10 Miles' programme is set to start on Wednesday 21st April at 2pm.
The programme, ran by Inclusive Pedals, will allow riders to work their way up from a couple of laps of local parks to a 10 mile ride through participation in 6 weekly rides. Joining the programme has a huge amount of benefits including:
- Meeting physical activity guidelines
- Feeling healthier, happier and better connected with the local community
- Starting to use a bike for small journeys and commuting
