Free Teacher Training
Derbyshire Cricket Foundation Teacher Training Day 2023
In partnership with Chance to Shine and Youth Sport Trust, the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation are running a free teacher training day for KS1 and KS2 staff. This will be held at Derbyshire County Cricket Club on Wednesday 19th April, 9:30 - 3:30
Through the day our learning objectives will be:
- Describe the Chance to Shine Programme and resources and how they can support you to deliver Cricket in your school.
- Explain the importance of Fundamental Movement Skills and how they are developed through the Chance to Shine Programme
- Be able to apply the SMILES model to deliver high quality PE.
