SHAPE Weekly Newsletter

10th November 2025

Welcome!

Welcome to the SHAPE Team!

We’re excited to announce that Ella Kenney has joined us as our new Sport and Physical Activity Assistant. Some of you may have already met Ella, and you’ll be seeing her in your schools very soon. Please join us in giving her a big congratulations and a warm welcome!

Important Update on Event Reminders

We’ve been made aware of an issue with the website booking system that is currently preventing reminder emails from being sent 7 days before events. Our website team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we’ll be contacting schools by phone/email to confirm attendance and pupil numbers.

Event Cancellation Reminder

If you’re unable to attend an event, please cancel your booking via the confirmation email as soon as possible. This helps us manage waiting lists and ensures other schools have the opportunity to take your place.
